Il Molino is situated in a wooded valley only 2 km from the village of Proceno. It is a converted ancient water mill and the old stone wheels are still visible. The swimming pool (mt 9 x 4) is situated in a wide grass lawn, bordering on tilled fields and surrounded by poplars, elms and century-old oaks.
