Il Caprino is a large stone farmhouse constructed on the top of a hill 10 km from the little town of Proceno.
To reach the house it is necessary to follow a country road (5 km) which passes threw numerous farm lands and estates. In this area one can enjoy great view on the countryside of Latium, Tuscany and Umbria with its castles and little towns.
The farmhouse has had a careful restoration and offers a typical and confortable ambient. There is also a dependance along side the farmhouse.
The swimming pool (mt 12 x 5,5) is situated along side the farmhouse with a large lawn seaprating it from a little oak wood.
At guest disposition there is also a large loggia with barbecue, a wood owen and laundry room.
Guests can enjoy the possibility of having walks in the beautiful countryside in an area where farming is the principle activity.
